Under my tenure at Jamaica Information Service (JIS), myself and my coworker designed and coded an assignment management system for internal use within the agency.
We did foundational research to know what to design initially. Then we built a prototype which underwent usability tests. Then the first release was launched. After some time, the UI was redesigned.
